Rocket Glide Warranty Information 

Rocket Glide products are designed to last, and we stand behind their quality. That’s why we offer a limited warranty covering defects in product materials or workmanship.  

Rocket Glide believes we have the best engineered and best quality magnetic coupled door opener system that exists. Rocket Glide will warranty all parts from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service per the terms below.  

Rocket Glide warrants to the original purchaser that all Rocket Glide Products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service with proper maintenance for the period listed below. 

1. Seals are a normal wear item and need to be replaced in time and cycles of operation. They are not warranty items. They are wear items. 
    
2. Magnets and spacer rings must be kept free from moisture, monthly inspections and checking oil reservoir is required and must be recorded on the maintenance sheet.  
    
   If magnets and spacer rings have rust on them, this proves that seals and oil levels were not properly addressed and voids any warranty on them.  
    
   If they fail under normal use and conditions, we will warranty for 3 years. 
    
3. The center gasket is recommended to be replaced if the unit must come apart. The center gasket has no warranty – it is a normal maintenance item to be replaced. 
    
4. We use high-quality stainless-steel bolts, and we use anti-seize compound when assembled. It is not uncommon for the stainless steel to seize to the thread and lock up, therefore requiring new bolts. The bolts have no warranty. 
    
5. O-rings are a normal maintenance item. O-rings will need to be replaced over time and are not covered under warranty. Please use an O-ring lube upon assembly. 
    
6. Piston magnets and spacer rings must be kept moisture free. We require an air dryer system and an air lubrication system to inject one drop of oil per cycle.  
    
   If the spacer rings and magnets have any rust on them, it will void the warranty. If they fail under normal operating conditions, we will warranty 3 years. 
    
7. Piston seals are a normal wear item that will need to be replaced. They are not covered under warranty. 

These warranties are void from conditions such as accident, abuse, neglect, and failure to provide scheduled service. Equipment must be installed by a competent contractor. 

Our warranty will cover replacement parts, freight charges not included. 

All warranties require verification of original purchase, and claims will need to be submitted to info@rocketglide.com 

To the extent permitted by law, this warranty and remedies set forth herein are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, remedies and conditions, whether oral, written, statutory, express or implied. Rocket Glide disclaims all statutory and implied warranties, including without limitation. 

Rocket Glide will not be responsible for freight returning any defective parts requested for shipping costs for new parts. 

Rocket Glide will not be responsible for damages such as personal injury, damage to property, loss of income due to business interruption or other similar income loss.
